Our Story

We are in our 12th season of operation. First Trax was the vision of John Grush and Mark Wallace, their goal was to create a full service speciality shop that makes customers feel like family. The foundation of First Trax is customer care and every day since its creation the employees do their best to make sure all customers are treated with genuine individual care. First Trax runs much deeper than just a shop and works around the clock to ensure everyone has the best experience possible on and off the mountain.
